Maintenance & Warranty

We specialise in repairs for our products. A non-refundable deposit of R150 is required in order for our technicians to inspect the issue. Should the customer choose to proceed with the repair quote, this amount will be deducted from the final invoice.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately should the item be defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item within 7 days, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
